CFTs App automates all the successful components, allowing our members to obtain and sustain overall health. All  you need is a Fitbit or Garmin (Apple Watch coming soon) to record your workouts. CFT’s  App will provide you with complete exercise intensity guidance towards your monthly goals.

BIO

My name is John Conlin and I have been passionate about exercise for most of my life. In 2005, I became certified personal trainer (N.P.T.I.) and (N.A.S.M.)and a corrective exercise specialist (N.A.S.M.) in 2006. I also became a certified metabolic tester and cardio program specialist at Lifetime Fitness. I learned a while ago, that exercising smarter produced better results.

In 2020, I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. I had to undergo extensive chemotherapy to receive my unrelated bone-marrow transplant. My doctors informed me that my current fitness level would give me a better chance to survive and to obtain a full recovery. I received my bone-marrow transplant in 2021, and I am progressing accordingly.
I would like to help as many people as I can, guiding you to better health and the ability to prevent disease and weaponize your body to overcome them.

I am donating 10% of CFT’s net revenue to the BONE MARROW CANCER FOUNDATION. These proceeds will help patients that don’t have any health insurance or adequate coverage for the many expenses associated with bone-marrow cancer treatment. Become healthy and help others in the process.
