The app does not provide medical advice; all exercise intensity guidance is based on reputable scientific research from the Mayo Clinic exercise intensity research study “How to measure it” and is intended solely for general wellness. Any virtual personal training sessions are conducted by certified professionals. Safety disclaimers and accurate, sourced information are included throughout the app to ensure users are informed and protected.
